Yolanda R. Torres is a clay artist based in Miami, Florida.
I love working with clay, its texture and endless possibilities to create. My inspiration comes from the human experience, its diversity, and its relationship with nature.
My pieces celebrate the human beauty and its transformation through life experiences, and they are a reflection on the connections between our minds, dreams and desires.
I find great interest in creating surrealist expressions of our perceptions, and how each piece creates a personal experience in the viewer.
Some of my pieces explore the transformative power of motherhood, while others delve into the beauty of transformation and evolution.
